Introduction

I think this is the first 'classic' style adventure game Core Design has made. I'm sorry to say they're not the best at it, although they always made games of the highest quality. The graphics and the music are good enough but the game itself didn't do too much for me.

Story

Unfortunately I don't know much about the story behind this game. All I know is, we play a young boy who one minute is playing baseball and the next minute finds himself teleported into a dungeon by an evil witch. Very subtle.

Opinion

As I said earlier the graphics and the music in this game are pretty good. Core Design was always famous for really caring about these qualities in their games (e.g. Heimdall 2). I think it's just not in their blood to make this kind of adventure games. Another good example of that is Universe which was made much later than this game, but has exactly the same problems. The controls are overly complicated and the puzzles are either dull and easy to figure out or just plain unsolvable by simple logic.
