Introduction Delphine was always famous for making quality games (a few years ago) and this one's no exception. They created an unbelievably good story and considering when the game was released (1990 I think), the graphics and sounds are great as well. Story During the evolution of the human race, in an era called 'Space explorations' the humans discover an alien race: the Crughons. This race looks very much like the humans but are far from being as friendly as them. In the 44th century a war rages between the two races. The crughons stole the technology of a culture which has been extinct for a long time, called: the Ancients. Fortunately there are traces of this culture on Earth too, so the humans are able to build a shield which protects them against the powerful weapons of the enemy. Since the aliens can't penetrate the shield in their own time, they decide to blow up the three shield generators (poles) with time relayed bombs planted in different eras in history. Our quest kicks off in the 20th century when we're working as a window cleaner and all of the above is very much unknown to us. As we progress in the game, the story will slowly reveal itself and eventually we'll have to save the whole human race. Opinion This game is incredible. As I mentioned above, I love the story (everything about the future just fascinates me). The graphics are pretty good but the screens often seem too small. Unfortunately the game doesn't support too many soundcards, so I only heard the music on an Adlib card which is far from satisfying, but I remember the music in the Amiga version of the game, which was unbelievable. To this day, one of my favorite ingame music songs is the one in this game playing in the subway (in the future, after you come up from the sewers). The only problem I had with the game was controlling the character. I hate it when you have to get close to an object to pick it up. But other than that, the game is great.
