Space Quest VI - Roger Wilco in the Spinal Frontier

This is the sixth and final episode of the Space Quest series. I have no idea why Sierra wants to end this brilliant adventure series, especially since this episode is great. I haven't seen a game this funny in a long time.

Story

Roger is spending his 'well deserved' shore leave on Polysorbate LX, when two thugs kidnap him. Apparently (unbeknownst to Roger) an old lady wants to transfer her mind into a younger body: Roger's. After Roger escapes, she kidnaps Rog's 'best friend', and of course now we have to rescue her.

Opinion

I can't believe this is the last we'll see of Roger Wilco! I admit, I didn't like the first three episodes too much, but this one is great. It's hilarious! Unfortunately my scale only goes 1-10, but this game would definitely deserve 100 for its humor. Now let's see the rest. To be honest the graphics are the worst SVGA graphics I've seen in a game. Usually, when a game has SVGA graphics, then the pictures are beautifully drawn or computer generated. This is hand-drawn, but pretty crappy. Not that it doesn't suit the game just fine, but they could have done a little better. The music is no big deal either. I know this sounds like I didn't like the game, but it's just the opposite. I loved it. When you're playing and you see the idiotic jokes, you have no time to think about the graphics or music because you're laughing so hard. To sum things up: this is a must have.

In closing, just remember: "In space noone can hear you clean".
