Netmarble has released a new in-game update for Solo Leveling: ARISE. Prepare for the arrival of none other than Germany's stronger hunter. It's none other than Lennart Niermann. This wind-type SSR Mage is an S-rank hunter and serves as the guild master of Germany's top guild which is the Richter Guild.
Niermann is well known for his mastery when it comes to mana-based combat. He has several exciting skills like his ultimate skill known as "Todes-Symphonie." What it does is release magical duplicates of Niermann and then pummel enemies across the battlefield.
New Content
In addition to a new playable character, players can now access the Main Story Chapters which was released during the May update. This is Chapters 24 and 25 and available in Reverse Mode on both Normal and Hard difficulties. Meanwhile, those able to complete the [Workshop of Brilliant Light] Distorted Sanctuary on Normal difficulty get to unlock a new Hard difficulty level. Players can also challenge the new boss Higos in Encore Missions mode.
Game Improvements
There are also content updates like enhancements to the Gem system. The change allows players to promote and refine Rank 6 Gems. A new artifact management feature has also been added which combines the existing "Salvage Artifact" and "Sell Artifact" features.
Another change is that when salvaging artifacts, players can choose to receive either Gold or Artifact Enhancement Chips. The updated management system also enables players to lock or unselect all artifacts via management options.
Limited-time Events
There are also various limited-time events launched that offer generous rewards. For starters there's the "A New Start! Check-In Gift" and "A New Start! Daily Mission" events. Special events are available to welcome the new hunter Lennart Niermann like the "Lennart Niermann Growth Tournament" and "Lennart Niermann Rate Up Celebration! Special Dice Event." The "[Wanted] Workshop of Brilliant Light Yogumunt Event" is also live and provides exclusive rewards such as a special costume to players who clear the dungeon the fastest.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is based on the popular webtoon Solo Leveling and promises fans an immersive journey through the world of their favorite characters. Players get to take on the role of Jinwoo as they see his rise from the weakest hunter among mankind to the world’s strongest. The game delivers an experience that closely mirrors the original work.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is already available on mobile platforms and set to be released on Steam sometime this year.
